Second Round of Post Production Support

The Arab Film Institute is delighted to announce a second round of post-production grants to support 2 feature films (fiction and non-fiction) in post-production stage.
Eligible to AFI members (directors, producers or production companies) from the following countries: Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia.

Comprising a number of free-of-charge services instead of a monetary structure, the grant includes: Colour grading, title credits, and online facilities, offered by Tunisian post-production company Toonestoon.

The grant will support two (2) feature films by AFI members (60-120 minutes).

In partnership with The Royal Film Commission Jordan – RFC and The Centre Cinematographique Marocain, we’ve kicked off our panel discussion at Cannes 2017! Exploring why only a few Arab films have managed to transcend borders and break through to the international film scene, the panel features several: Dora Bouchouca, Salem Brahimi, Lamia Chraibi, Mohamed Al Daradji and Mohamed Hefzy and is moderated by George David.
